PODER JUDICIAL DE LA NACION

Ley Nº 24.170

Sustitúyese el último párrafo del artículo 24 de la Ley Nº 24.050.

Sancionada: Septiembre 30 de 1992.
Promulgada: Octubre 26 de 1992.

El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de ley:

ARTICULO 1º — Sustitúyese el último párrafo del artículo 24 de la ley 24.050 por el siguiente: "En el supuesto que en un mismo hecho resultaren imputados mayores y menores, conocerán en la causa los tribunales designados por la presente ley para el juzgamiento de menores".

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo Nacional. — ALBERTO R. PIERRI. — ORALDO BRITOS. — Esther H. Pereyra Arandía de Pérez Pardo. — Edgardo Piuzzi.

DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS TREINTA DIAS DEL MES DE SEPTIEMBRE DEL AÑO MIL NOVECIENTOS NOVENTA Y DOS.
