
The Oral Criminal Court No. 24, composed of judges Maria Cecilia Maiza, Marcelo Alvero and Raul Llanos, convicted former local management Cromañón dance, Omar Chaban, and sentenced to 20 years in prison. He found him guilty of the crime of "arson qualified for causing the deaths of 193 people and injuring at least 1432, in real competition with the crime of bribery as an author active.
The Court also ordered the following:
- Raul Alcides Villarreal (former aide to Chabán): 1 year in prison for the crime of child participant active bribery.
- Diego Marcelo Argañaraz (former manager of the Group Street): 18 years in prison for the crime of arson qualified for having killed at least 193 people and injured 1432 in real competition with the crime of bribery as an active participant necessary.
- Members of the Group Street: The Court acquitted Patricio Fontanet, Eduardo Vazquez, Juan Alberto Carbone, Christian Eleazar Torrejón, Maximilian Djerfy, Elio Delgado and Daniel Cardell
- Miguel Angel Belay (former commissioner of the branch seventh): Acquitted
- Carlos Ruben Diaz (former deputy): the Court sentenced him to 18 years in prison and disqualified for life by considering the perpetrator of passive bribery in real competition with the crime of arson qualified for causing the deaths of 193 people and least 1432 injured as a necessary participant.
- Fabiana Fiszbin (former undersecretary of communal control of Government of Buenos Aires): The Court sentenced her to two years imprisonment and four years of special disqualification, considering the author of the crime of dereliction of duty of public servant.
- Ana Maria Fernandez (former Director of Inspection and Control of Government of Buenos Aires): The Court sentenced her to two years imprisonment and four years of special disqualification, considering the author of the crime of dereliction of duty of public servant.
- Gustavo Juan Torres (former Deputy Director of Inspection and Control of city government, Acquitted
